COA Commercial Services Project Manager - São Paulo, Brazil | IQVIA Job

The COA Commercial Services Project Manager supports the execution of go-to-market initiatives and commercial campaigns for specialized products. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Creative teams, and Execution teams to coordinate campaign activities, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed effectively.

The individual will also support the review and editing of content produced by writers and copy editors, ensuring a high standard of written English across materials. Given the highly specialized nature of the products, candidates with experience in pharmaceutical environments are desirable, although relevant experience from academia may also be considered.

This is a high-volume role requiring the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining strong communication, organization, and prioritization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of go-to-market collateral in partnership with Creative and Execution teams.
• Assist Product Managers with campaign planning, coordination, and scheduling.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
• Review and edit content produced by writers and copy editors to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Ensure a high standard of written English across campaign and product-related materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support campaign execution and delivery.
• Prioritize competing activities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluent English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience supporting product-related initiatives, campaigns, or commercial projects.
• Strong copy editing and writing experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or campaigns in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated adaptability and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred; candidates from academia will also be considered.
