The Associate COA supports the execution of go-to-market initiatives and commercial campaigns for specialized products. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Creative teams, and Execution teams to coordinate campaign activities, maintain timelines, and support successful delivery.

The individual will also support the review and editing of content produced by writers and copy editors, ensuring a high standard of written English across materials. Given the highly specialized nature of the products, candidates with experience in pharmaceutical environments are desirable, although relevant experience from academia may also be considered.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of go-to-market collateral in partnership with Creative and Execution teams.
• Assist Product Managers with campaign planning, coordination, and scheduling.
• Track and coordinate multiple campaigns and deliverables simultaneously.
• Review and edit content produced by writers and copy editors to ensure quality and consistency.
• Ensure a high standard of written English across campaign and product-related materials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support campaign execution and delivery.
• Maintain project timelines, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience supporting projects, campaigns, or product-related initiatives.
• Strong copy editing and writing skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Demonstrated adaptability and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred; candidates from academia will also be considered.
