Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
•Minimum 15 years of experience, including substantial onsite project management of semiconductor MES and factory automation programs.
•Proven ownership of end-to-end delivery planning, scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, dependencies, and customer commitments.
•Strong customer-facing and stakeholder-management skills, with experience coordinating onsite business, engineering, IT, vendors, and offshore delivery teams.
•Working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, Siemens Camstar/Opcenter MES, factory automation, equipment integration, and SECS/GEM standards.
•Experience leading requirements, fit-gap analysis, design governance, development, testing, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and operational handover.
•Ability to establish governance, status reporting, RAID management, change control, escalation paths, and executive communication.
•Strong understanding of MES architecture and integrations with equipment, host systems, recipe management, scheduling, data collection, SPC, and related production systems.
•Proficiency with project management tools and Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies; PMP, JIRA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
•Excellent documentation, testing governance, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
•Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for the customer and own day-to-day delivery governance.
•Build and maintain the integrated project plan, milestones, resource plan, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and recovery actions.
•Coordinate closely with onsite business and engineering stakeholders and offshore technical teams to ensure timely decisions, issue resolution, and delivery readiness.
•Lead requirements workshops, fit-gap reviews, solution alignment, prioritization, and scope/change-control discussions.
•Drive execution across design, development, integration, testing, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and transition to support.
•Track and manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, actions, and decisions; escalate blockers with clear impact and mitigation.
•Provide accurate weekly status, dashboards, forecasts, executive summaries, and steering-committee updates.
•Ensure deliverables meet quality, documentation, validation, security, and customer acceptance requirements.
•Facilitate knowledge transfer, team ramp-up, stakeholder communication, and effective collaboration across locations and time zones.

Salary Range: $100,000-$140,000 a year
