Roles & Responsibilities
•10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
•Experience in SAP S/4HANA AMS or implementation projects.
Strong stakeholder communication and business process expertise.
•Experience in incident management, enhancements, testing, and deployments
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
•Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
•Experience leading SAP BASIS support and project delivery teams.
•Ability to mentor and guide junior consultants and administrators.
•Excellent stakeholder, customer, and vendor management skills.
•Strong project planning, effort estimation, and resource management experience.
•Ability to manage multiple projects, releases, and production support activities simultaneously.
•Effective risk assessment, mitigation planning, and issue resolution skills.
•Strong communication and presentation skills with business and executive stakeholders.
•Experience working in global delivery and cross-functional environments.
•Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to drive operational excellence, service improvement, and automation initiatives.
•Experience managing critical production incidents and ensuring SLA compliance.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 per year
