Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Agile PLM implementations and support.
•Strong knowledge of Agile PLM architecture, workflows, Java Client, SDK, Web Services, and integrations.
•Experience integrating Agile PLM with ERP systems such as SAP.
•Expertise in configuration, customization, workflow design, and data migration.
•Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management processes.
•Experience leading global teams and interacting with senior business stakeholders.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
•Lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Agile PLM solutions.
•Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
•Drive Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives across product development, engineering, manufacturing, and quality functions.
•Manage Agile PLM modules such as Product Collaboration (PC), Product Quality Management (PQM), Product Governance & Compliance (PG&C), and Product Portfolio Management (PPM).
•Lead solution architecture, configuration, customization, and integration activities.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business, functional, and technical stakeholders.
•Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the project team.
•Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend long-term solutions.
•Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and best practices.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
