Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 6+ years of Business Analysis experience with Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Strong hands-on experience with Coupa Procurement, Supplier Management, Requisitioning, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, and Approvals
- Strong understanding of procurement controls, approval workflows, and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of ERP integrations, particularly Coupa integrations with Oracle ERP
- Experience working with third-party risk management platforms such as Exiger
- Ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements
- Experience preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Process Flows, and User Stories
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect triage, and production deployments
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, Compliance, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Lead requirements workshops and process discovery sessions for Coupa Procurement initiatives.
- Analyze current-state and future-state procurement processes and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Coordinate integration activities between Coupa, Oracle ERP, and other enterprise applications.
- Work closely with technical teams to define functional requirements for inbound and outbound integrations.
- Review data conversion and migration requirements and perform business validation of migrated records.
- Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Coordinate defect resolution activities between business users, vendors, and technical teams.
- Support go-live readiness activities, business training, deployment planning.
- Create and maintain project documentation, process flows, training materials, and operational procedures.
Salary Range-$100,000-$140,000 a year
