Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Financial Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) Financials and Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. The consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing solutions, configuring Oracle Financial modules, supporting implementations and upgrades, driving business process improvements, and leading finance transformation initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Procure-to-Pay (P2P)and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, along with experience supporting Oracle Cloud and EBS environments.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Functional Solution Design
- Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and Accounting teams.
- Design end-to-end Oracle Financial solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices.
- Prepare functional design documents, business process flows, and solution architecture documents.
- Work closely with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reporting requirements.
Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
Configure and support:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Expenses
- Intercompany Accounting
- Tax Configuration
- Financial Reporting Center (FRC)
Oracle EBS R12 Financials
Configure and support:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Cash Management (CE)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- EBTax
- Subledger Accounting (SLA)
Cloud Migration & Transformation
- Support Oracle EBS R12 to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects.
- Perform fit-gap assessments and business process redesign.
- Assist in data cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Support testing and deployment activities.
Reporting & Analytics
- Define reporting requirements.
- Work with technical teams to develop:
- BI Publisher Reports
- OTBI Reports
- Smart View Reports
- Financial Reporting Center Reports
- Validate report outputs and business requirements.
AI & Intelligent ERP Solutions
- Collaborate in implementing AI-powered ERP solutions.
- Define business use cases for:
- ERP Copilots
- AI Chatbots
- Natural Language Financial Queries
- Intelligent Financial Reporting
- Predictive Analytics and Forecasting
- Support adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Oracle AI, and other AI-enabled finance solutions.
