This team is the financial planning and reporting engine of NACF Finance — owning the consolidation of financial results, planning, variance analysis, and integrated reporting that enables senior leaders to understand performance across a multi-billion dollar fulfillment network. The team partners across Field Finance, E2E FP&A, Supply Chain, and Accounting to deliver accurate, timely consolidated views of financial performance, surface risk, and support planning decisions at pace. The team's scope is broad and actively evolving as it modernizes how consolidated reporting gets done.
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to execute consolidated financial reporting and analysis for the Consolidations team. This person will deliver accurate, timely consolidated financial views across a high-velocity reporting cycle — building the models, pulling the data, and producing the outputs that leadership relies on weekly. They will write clear variance narratives and reporting packages under deadline pressure, prepare materials for senior leadership reviews, and ensure backup analysis is airtight before it reaches decision-makers. They will collaborate with cross-functional partners across Field Finance, E2E FP&A, Supply Chain, and Accounting to gather inputs, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure consolidated views tie cleanly. They will surface issues and escalate appropriately when data doesn't align or when stakeholders have competing views. They will also execute on the team's modernization agenda — building automation into consolidation workflows, adopting AI tools, and helping scale reporting mechanisms that reduce manual effort.

• Write clear, structured variance narratives and reporting packages under deadline pressure — work product must be accurate, specific, and ready on time with minimal revision needed
• Prepare materials for senior leadership reviews — build backup analysis, ensure data integrity, and be ready to walk senior team members through the details behind the numbers
• Translate financial data into clear, digestible formats — tables, summaries, and narratives that non-finance partners can understand and act on
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Field Finance, E2E FP&A, Supply Chain, and Accounting — gather inputs, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure consolidated views tie cleanly across teams
• Surface data issues and escalate appropriately — when numbers don't align or stakeholders have competing views, identify the root cause, document the gap, and bring it to senior team members with a recommended path forward
• Execute on the team's modernization agenda — build automation into consolidation workflows, adopt AI tools into day-to-day work, and help scale reporting mechanisms that reduce manual effort and improve speed

Basic Qualifications:

- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
