Join our structural analysis team and play a pivotal role in shaping the safety, efficiency, and longevity of next-generation fuselage structures as well as supporting our active flying fleet.

As a Fatigue & Damage Tolerance Engineer (F&DT), you will play a key role in the compliance of critical primary fuselage components across their entire lifecycle—from early-stage conceptual design and certification to fleet support and continuous innovation.

We are looking for passionate problem-solvers who want to push the boundaries of aerospace engineering in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Ensure Operational Safety: Perform detailed fatigue and damage tolerance assessments on primary airframe structures. 
• Certification & Compliance: Prepare airworthiness justification documents and contribute to the compliance with regulatory fatigue and damage tolerance requirements (e.g., CS/FAR 25).
• Testing & Validation: Support full-scale and component fatigue testing—from load spectrum definition to test monitoring, crack growth correlation, and model calibration.
• Keep the World Connected: Support the fatigue impact for in-service structural modification requests to ensure continued operational safety.
• Drive Engineering Innovation: Contribute to the improvement of internal F&DT tools, automating calculation routines using Python to increase efficiency.

What You Bring

• Education: Degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
• Technical Experience: First-hand experience in fatigue analysis, fracture mechanics, and damage tolerance principles for airframe structures.
• Tooling: Familiarity with FEM tools (e.g., HyperMesh) and standard industry F&DT software routines. Python scripting skills are a plus.
• Mindset: High attention to detail, strong collaborative skills, and a commitment to safety and innovation.
• Languages: Fluency in English (working language)
