The Business Support Manager (BSM) will support the Employee Experience Technology (EET) Chief Operating Office (COO) team. EET delivers technology solutions that enable employee productivity, collaboration, accessibility, mobility, communications, and digital workplace experiences across the enterprise. 

This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior technology leaders and is responsible for driving workforce strategy, financial management, governance, executive routines, communications, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will leverage data-driven insights, influence across stakeholder groups, and execute critical business priorities that support organizational performance and strategic objectives. 

Workforce Resource Management Lead workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and resource management activities for assigned portfolios Partner with technology executives, finance partners, and business leaders to develop and manage staffing strategies aligned to organizational priorities Drive contractor acquisition, onboarding, and workforce governance processes Prepare executive-level workforce reporting, forecasts, and variance analyses Provide insights and recommendations to support effective resource allocation and workforce decisions Financial Management Lead weekly and monthly financial management routines, including forecasting, variance analysis, budget tracking, and reporting Partner with Finance and leadership teams to identify financial risks and opportunities Develop executive-level financial narratives that clearly articulate forecast performance, emerging risks, and mitigation strategies. 

Drive transparency and accountability across the portfolio through accurate and timely financial reporting Executive Routines Manage executive routines, leadership meetings, operating reviews, and organizational communications Coordinate operational activities across multiple stakeholders to support strategic business objectives Serve as a trusted business partner and advisor to senior leadership on business management and operational matters Drive execution and accountability for key organizational priorities and initiatives Governance, Risk Controls Support governance, audit, risk, compliance, and regulatory routines Develop and maintain sustainable processes that improve operational effectiveness, reporting accuracy, and transparency Monitor, track, and communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans to leadership Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise governance standards and controls Communications Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, and communications for leadership audiences Create and deliver meaningful insights that help leaders make informed business decisions Lead coordination of organizational communications, engagement activities, and business reviews Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team effectiveness, operational efficiency, and the overall employee experience
