Required Qualifications:
•8-10 years of experience in SharePoint development and Microsoft technologies.

•Experience developing enterprise workflow automation solutions.
•Knowledge of SharePoint administration, security, permissions, and governance.
•Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services integration.
•Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
•Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
•Strong SQL development and database querying skills.
•Experience debugging and troubleshooting APIs, including REST-based services.
•Exposure to Azure services and Azure application debugging.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft 365 integrations.
•Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Azure DevOps.
•Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
•Experience integrating SharePoint and Power Platform with third-party enterprise applications.

•Willingness to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH as business needs require.
Key Responsibilities:
•Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform.
•Build and support Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) to address business process requirements.
•Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate business operations and approvals.
•Create and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, forms, permissions, and workflows.
•Develop modern SharePoint solutions using SPFx (SharePoint Framework) and Microsoft 365 services.
•Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with external systems and APIs.
•Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
•Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and support production deployments.
•Create technical design documents, deployment guides, and support documentation.
•Participate in code reviews, testing, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
•Provide technical guidance and best practices to junior developers and project teams.
Salary Range - $100,000-$120,000 a year
