Roles & Responsibilities
Operations:
•Work on Tier-2 and Tier-3 incidents and service requests for datacenter network infrastructure.
•Troubleshoot complex network issues affecting production environment.
•Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive steps.
•Participate in on-call rotation and escalation support.
•Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity.
Projects:
•Participate in Design and deployment of datacenter network solutions.
•Implement network expansion projects and infrastructure upgrades.
•Support network migrations, refreshes, and capacity planning initiatives.
•Develop and maintain network architecture documentation and topology diagrams.
•Participate in infrastructure-as-code initiatives.
•Participate in automation and standardization process.
Security:
•Configure ACLs and network security controls.
•Support firewall integrations and segmentation requirements with the Security team
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
•Working in large multicultural teams in onsite-offshore Model
•Good customer facing communication skills and Team management skills
Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000 a year
