Skill: Full Stack Java Fircosoft Developer
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Lead Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, OpenShift/Kubernetes, Helm Charts, Oracle, and Kafka.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading development efforts, designing scalable enterprise applications, mentoring development teams, and ensuring successful delivery of cloud-native solutions.
- The candidate should possess strong technical leadership capabilities, be able to drive architectural discussions, enforce engineering best practices, and work closely with business stakeholders, architects, DevOps, QA, and production support teams.
- Knowledge of Fircosoft (Firco Trust/Firco Continuity/Firco Compliance Link) or financial crime compliance applications will be a significant advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Must Have:
•Strong expertise in Java (Java 8/11/17+)
•Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
•Hands-on experience with OpenShift
•Strong knowledge of Kubernetes
•Experience creating and maintaining Helm Charts
•Experience with Apache Kafka
•Strong Oracle Database development experience
•REST API design and development
•Git, Maven/Gradle
•CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
•Containerization using Docker
•Application monitoring and troubleshooting
Good to Have:
•Fircosoft / Sanction Screening (Core Requirement)
•Financial Crime Compliance (FCCM)
•AML/Sanctions Screening domain knowledge
•Banking and Financial Services experience
•OpenShift Administration knowledge
•Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
•Elastic Stack, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus
Salary Range - $120,000-$140,000 a year
