Roles & Responsibilities
•Frontend Development:
- Proficiency in React.js to build dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Experience with reusable components, React Hooks, and state management.
- Ability to integrate frontend applications with backend APIs
•Backend Development:
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience in designing and developing high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts (Inheritance, Polymorphism,
Encapsulation, Abstraction) and design patterns to write clean, maintainable code
•Conversational AI:
- Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, Context Management
•Streaming Responses:
-Server-Sent Events (SSE), WebSockets, Token Streaming, Real-time Chat UI, Incremental Rendering
•Infrastructure & Tools:
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for deploying, hosting, and managing cloud-based applications.
- Proficiency in version control using Git, with specific experience managing repositories and workflows
on GitHub (Pull Requests, Branching strategies).
-Must have experience in DB like Snowflake,Oracle,Mongo DB
•Development Practices:
-Agile, Git, Unit Testing, Code Reviews, CI/CD
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Good to have:
1.Experience with enterprise applications and identity management platforms.
2. Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Auth0, or similar identity providers.
3.Experience building AI-powered or conversational interfaces.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 a year
