Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
oStrong foundation in MS SQL server
oCreate complex SQL queries, view, Stored procedure etc. in SQL server.
oDesign and implement robust ETL using SSIS.
o Develop scalable and reusable Power BI solutions that adhere to best practices and industry standards.
oIntegrate data from various sources, including on-premises databases, cloud services, and external APIs, into Power BI.
oOptimize data models for performance, ensuring efficient data retrieval and processing.
oDevelop advanced DAX formulas and Power Query transformations to create complex calculations and data
transformations.
oUnderstanding and support existing reports in SSRS and developing new reports.
oDomain knowledge of metal and manufacturing industry is a big plus
oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
oExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to
non-technical audiences.
oAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Roles & Responsibilities
oCoordinate with external technical and Functional team to understand requirements, convert that to
technical specifications.
oUnderstand existing source SQL data architecture
and rearchitect downstream SQL Datawarehouse based on new source system
oModify existing standards as well as customized program based on requirement
oAnalyze issues and provide resolution
oWork with offshore team to provide the requirements and supervise the overall work
oTesting of application
oEstimate the effort and timelines for enhancements
oCreate/update technical specifications
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
oStrong communication skills and client/stakeholder interfacing is mandatory.
oDeveloping reusable code/components for future use.
oOptimization of the applications or modules for maximum performance and scalability.
oMust follow and ensure the coding standards defined by Oracle and the community in the project.
oStrong debugging skills.
oFamiliar with Agile and waterfall models.
oStrong analytical and problem solving skills.
oExcellent communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.
o Ability to work independently in a high availability manufacturing environment.
oProactive mindset with ownership and accountability.
oExperience working in onsite–offshore delivery models.
Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 a year
