•Approaches unfamiliar problems logically and methodically.
•Learns new technologies quickly and is comfortable researching unfamiliar systems.
•Can work independently without requiring step-by-step instructions.
•Asks good questions and knows when additional information is needed.
•Knows when to continue troubleshooting, when to ask for help, and when to escalate.
•Takes ownership and follows through until an issue is resolved.
•Exercises good judgment and avoids guessing when a change could negatively affect a system.
•Can recognize urgency and business impact and prioritize competing issues appropriately.
•Communicates professionally with people with different levels of technical knowledge.

Location: Bay Area, Santa Clara, CA
Salary Range: $90,000-$130,000 a year
