Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) support and troubleshooting
- Java, J2EE, Spring Boot development/support knowledge
- REST APIs and Microservices architecture
- SQL query analysis and database troubleshooting
- Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
- Application log analysis and monitoring
- Agile and ITIL process knowledge
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 application support for SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) applications.
- Analyze and resolve production incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Monitor application performance, integrations, and batch processes.
- Work closely with business users, development teams, and infrastructure teams.
- Support deployments, release activities, and environment validations.
- Prepare support documentation, KB articles, and operational reports
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Retail or eCommerce domain experience Azure/AWS cloud exposure Experience with ServiceNow, Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar monitoring tools OMS/Order Management integration exposure
