The opportunity

Join the Assurance team аs Audit Data Analytics Intern and you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of data analytics and business intelligence.
This internship is designed to provide you with valuable insights and skills in data analysis, data visualization, and data-driven decision-making.

• Currently pursuing/Have a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Accounting etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity, self-driven, and being able to run checks, identify patterns and develop solutions for new challenges.
• Intermediary knowledge of data transformation and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Medium English knowledge
• Very good knowledge of Romanian (mandatory)
• Ability to present specific technical IT concepts and requirements to non-IT persons (mostly persons with accounting background)
• Basic accounting and economics knowledge or willingness to learn and apply on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities will also include

• Review and verify the integrity, completeness, validity, accuracy and consistency of data needed for analysis
• Process accounting specific data such as general ledgers, trial balances, trade receivables, trade payables etc.
• Transform structured data (e.g., .xlsx, .csv) and unstructured data (e.g., .txt, .html)
• Developing scripts and workflows for an automated data processing
• Work closely with experienced senior colleagues and benefit from hands-on training.
• Interact with AI platforms, agents and automation tools to support data processing activities.
