Workday Solutions Engineer (Security & PRISM)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Prism Consultant to support the design, development, and optimisation of analytics and reporting solutions using Workday Prism Analytics. The successful candidate will work closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Technology stakeholders to transform complex data into meaningful business insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

The role requires strong experience in Workday reporting, data integration, analytics, and enterprise HR systems, with a particular focus on enhancing Workday reporting capabilities through Prism Analytics.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Workday Expertise

•Proven experience with Workday Prism Analytics.

•Strong understanding of Workday HCM data architecture.

•Experience with:

oDashboards and Worksheets

•Understanding of Workday Security Framework.

•Knowledge of organizational structures, job profiles, and business process frameworks.

•Good knowledge of Workday security model, business process frameworks, and reporting tools. 

•Experience in security troubleshooting, access validation, and compliance requirements.

•Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

•Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance and compliance requirements.

Technical Skills

•SQL and data modelling expertise.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and maintain Workday Prism Analytics solutions.

•Develop end-to-end data pipelines including data ingestion, transformation, validation, and publication.

•Configure and optimise Workday Prism datasets, data sources, and analytical models.

•Create advanced dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Workday reporting tools and Prism Analytics.

•Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.

•Collaborate with Workday Functional, Integration, Security, Payroll, and HR teams.

•Perform data quality assessments and troubleshoot data discrepancies across multiple systems.

•Support Workday releases and assess impacts on Prism Analytics solutions.

•Implement data governance, security, and compliance controls within reporting solutions.

•Participate in solution design workshops, testing activities, and production support.

Produce technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support materials
