About the Role
The Programming & Content Curation Intern will support the team in content planning for merchandising and curation across for Disney+ services. The role is vital in terms of providing support to the team to ensure subscribers engagement through content discovery and time spent viewing, critical to supporting broader business KPIs of subscriber retention and customer lifetime value. The role will become one of the super-users in the use of Disney+ planning tools.
This role is based in Indonesia and will primarily support the Content Partnership Project, focusing on project-based operational coordination across internal and external stakeholders, including tracking deliverables, coordinating materials, and supporting day-to-day project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Programming market leads to support content strategy and planning for the Content Partnership Project.
- Collaborate with Local and Regional teams, including Marketing Partnerships & Integrated Marketing, PMO, Product, and Operations, to align timelines and ensure smooth planning and delivery.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to support the planning and execution of project deliverables and timelines.
- Proactively engage with relevant Regional and Global stakeholders to ensure necessary resources and support are in place and help address any roadblocks that may impact project execution.
- Learn and utilize systems and tools such as DSS CMS and other content planning and scheduling tools to support the day-to-day operations.
- Support internal content QC checks, identify and flag anomalies, and follow up with relevant teams for resolution.
- Facilitate clear and efficient verbal and written communication across internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
Internship Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
- Must be available forfull-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between January to June 2027
- Must be available to work on-site throughout the full period of internship

Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, Information Technology or related field
- Highly self-motivated and meticulous with a passion and appetite for entertainment content.
- Interest or fan mentality for Disney brands (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, Nat Geo, Star)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organizations, and to thrive in a fast-paced working
- environment
- Strategic thinker with good communications skills and creative mindset.
- Results-oriented
- Computer systems literate is required. Proficient in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Docs, and other relevant software tools
