Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
•3-5 years of relevant professional experience in software engineering, application development,
systems integration, or laboratory informatics.
•Programming experience with Python, Java, C#, or similar languages.
•Experience developing scripts and solutions for automation, data processing, application integration,
or technical troubleshooting.
•Proficiency in SQL for database querying, data analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, and data integration.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with both technical
and business stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
•Design, develop, configure, test, and support software solutions for R&D and Supply Chain laboratory
environments.
•Develop applications, scripts, automation utilities, data-processing solutions, and system integrations
using Python, Java, C#, or comparable technologies.
•Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, validation, and application
integration.
•Configure laboratory applications and implement enhancements in accordance with approved requirements
and controlled change procedures.
•Support integration between laboratory informatics applications, databases, instruments,
data platforms, and related enterprise systems.
•Contribute to Computer System Validation activities, including risk assessment, testing, documentation,
and implementation controls.
•Coordinate effectively with onsite and offshore teams to support delivery milestones, issue resolution,
and operational continuity.
•Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative planning, delivery, review, and
continuous improvement.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
•Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master, or a comparable Agile certification.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 a year
