Job Summary - Senior Business Relationship Manager
- Active member and IS liaison for divisional executive leadership teams (ELT). Acts as a connection point between the divisional ELT and intermediate BRM’s, maintaining alignment regarding divisional direction and priorities.
- Liaison and senior member of IS team, working with the CIO and other executive team members of IS to lead relationship management program across the division.
- Partner with executive leadership on multiple year strategy, execution of strategy and assist with IT governance prioritization. Manage and prioritize often complex issues that require extensive investigation and analysis.
- Position requires ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.
- Relationship building with partners and key stakeholders at all levels with a primary focus on: Senior Executives, including Hospital President, COO, CMO, CNO and other key operational leaders
- Maintains awareness of changes to the organizations strategies goals and processes to ensure requirements, and priorities are properly aligned with all areas. Including the overarching strategy and road map.
- Serves as the point of escalation to our business partners into IT for issue identification, resolution, and related requests, ensuring transparency to operational leaders regarding change management impact to operations.
- Adeptness to function with a high degree of decision-making skills, work independently, sometimes with minimal direction.
- Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Services or related field.
- Preferred Master's Degree or equivalent in Information Services or related field.
- 7 years of relevant experience Required
