The opportunity:
As a Marketing Project Manager for Transformer Business, you will be part of Indian Operation Center in India (INOPC), aiming to develop a global value chain, where key business activities, resources and expertise are shared across geographic boundaries to optimize value for Hitachi Energy customers across market. You will support GPG Team & play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless Marketing planning & operations.
How you’ll make an impact:
Ensure implementation of GPG marketing plans (e.g., campaigns) across the Hub. Collaboration with GPGs, HUBs, & PMMs to gather Marketing information.
Organizing, updating, and distributing relevant guidelines & sales materials to the sales team. Creating visually appealing and informative PPTs, Brochures, Videos, case studies, success stories, lessons learnt etc.
Constantly updating the Product Picture database by connecting with Global factories. Communication with Hitachi Energy internal Hub team, GPG & factories for fine functioning of implementation plans.
Support for New Product launch activities & promoting existing solutions to Global & regional levels. Developing calendar for Events to participate.
Support for organizing Trainings /Tea Time sessions. Coordinating for Organizing Global/Regional Webinars.
Responsible for documenting the Product Marketing process, including creating flowcharts, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and process maps.
Staying updated on product launches and features. Flexible to work with different stakeholders around the globe.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, with 3 to 6 years of professional experience in creating Marketing Presentation, SharePoint operations.
Knowledge in Power Transformers will be an added advantage. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for creating reports, documentation, and presentations.
Knowledge of document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, One Drive) for efficient storage, retrieval, and sharing of marketing-related documents.
Ability to create compelling presentations. Good written and verbal communication skills with strong organization and time management.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
