Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and availability for Retail, Firewall and Datacenter environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 network incidents.
- Handle tickets and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Escalate complex issues to L3 engineers when required.
- Participate in on-call and major incident support activities
- Support hybrid network environments.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity between cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Support data center network operations and maintenance
