Role Description

Domestic Payment covers INR to INR settlements between two parties via different mode of Payments. (NEFT, RTGS, UPI, ACH). User will be supporting various BAU activities related to Domestic Payments.

Your key responsibilities

• Support BAU activities.

• Handling of queries received from Business/Clients.

• Preparation of MIS, Reports.

Your skills and experience

• Candidate should be good in Excel, Word and PPT

• Candidate should be good in verbal and written communication

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
