Position Overview:

Plans, executes, monitors, and evaluates operations within the assigned geographic area, ensuring operational excellence that supports the organization's strategic focus on quality, service, and affordability and aligns with Sutter Health's overall strategic direction. Is responsible for implementing and monitoring policies and procedures that ensure high-quality, efficient and compassionate patient care. Incumbent will work collaboratively with the geographic leadership team, service line leaders to promote planning, innovation, and problem solving to align back with enterprise strategy. Has authority and accountability for the assigned geographic area, including patient satisfaction, quality of care, financial goals (Incumbent will have financial accountability for budget and revenue for the assigned geographic area), and responsibility of managing all capital expenditures.

Job Description:

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor's: Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field


TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

15 years of recent relevant experience


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Demonstrated knowledge in areas of physician practice operations and financing and managed care business. Prior experience in a managed care market required
Demonstrated record of developing highly effective working relationships with physicians.
Communication skills including oral, written, and presentation.
Effective leadership skills and decision-making skills.

Pay Range is $253,073.60 to $404,934.40 / annual salary

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
