Program Manager, 3P External Fulfillment - Cairo | Amazon Job

Job Description

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager in the 3P -External Fulfillment organization in Cairo to focus on seller experience, reimbursements in MENA.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating projects and initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective experience for our channel. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the day-to-day strategy and operations of speed programs. Key job responsibilities

Develop and implement improvement programs and initiatives in line with the organization's strategic goals and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and develop innovative solutions
Monitor and analyze data, trends, and seller performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
Articulate business and technical requirements to effect process changes
Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices that can help enhance seller experience

Basic Qualifications:

- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience
- 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries experience
- 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Experience using Microsoft Projects software
- Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation and maintenance
- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
