  • Record agreed outcomes and residual impact for shared risk cases, ensuring approvals, closure evidence and system updates are complete.
  • Develop actionable analytics, scenarios and recommendations for planning and business leaders.
  • Coach Production Delivery Management Specialists and vendor teams on SOPs, systems, data quality and escalation discipline, including the urgent-case cheat sheet and decision limits.
  • Lead process-improvement initiatives that simplify work, strengthen controls or improve stakeholder visibility.
  • Represent PDM in cross-functional projects and support adoption of new tools and ways of working, such as the shared OTP / WIP dashboard and Infor Nexus milestone alerts.

  • High-quality planning data and decision-ready analytics.
  • Consistent PDM standards across assigned vendors and categories.

  • Change-request completion and risk-case closure within SLA at or above the proposed 95% targets for the portfolio.
  • Planned WIP completeness of 95% or higher; PO shortage / overdue at or below 2% (proposed).
  • Fewer last-minute delivery surprises; shared OTP / OTIF of 96% or higher with Production Services (proposed).
