Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace solutions across enterprise environments.
- Manage OneAgent deployment and configuration on servers, containers, and cloud platforms.
- Monitor application performance, infrastructure, network services, and digital user experience.
- Create dashboards, reports, and custom metrics for stakeholders.
- Configure alerting profiles, management zones, and anomaly detection policies.
- Perform root cause analysis of application and infrastructure performance issues.
- Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM and DevOps tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Support cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to improve observability practices.
- Maintain monitoring standards, documentation, and operational procedures.
- Assist during major incidents and performance investigations.
- Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace platform administration and monitoring.
- Knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) concepts.
- Experience with Linux and Windows server administration.
- Understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized environments.
- Knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, and load balancers.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Salary Range-$100,000-$120,000 a year
