Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
· Strong functional expertise in FICO CCS and banking operations.
· Knowledge of cash management, treasury services, payments, ACH, wires, and transaction processing.
· Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, UAT, and production support.
· Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and banking regulatory requirements.
· Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary SME for FICO CCS and related cash management applications.
· Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
· Support application enhancements, implementations, testing, and production issue resolution.
· Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
· Provide expertise in cash management, treasury services, payment processing, and transaction operations.
· Support project delivery, defect management, regulatory compliance, and change management activities.
