Business Analyst (sitecore)
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to act as the bridge between Digital Marketing, Business Stakeholders, UX Teams,
and Technical Development Teams for enterprise digital platforms built on Sitecore XM Cloud/XP, Sitecore AI,
and Next.js.
The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating marketing objectives into
actionable technical stories, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of
customer-centric digital experiences. The role requires strong stakeholder management, digital marketing knowledge,
Agile experience, and familiarity with modern headless CMS architectures
Sitecore XM Cloud / XP, Sitecore AI, Next.js, React, Jira, Confluence, Analytics Tools
•10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
•Experience in Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) and MarTech ecosystems.
•Prior exposure to Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, or similar platforms.
•Experience supporting enterprise websites and marketing teams.
•Exposure to AI-powered personalization, content operations, or digital experience optimization.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Act as the primary liaison between Digital Marketing teams and Technology teams.
•Understand marketing campaigns, customer journeys, personalization requirements, and content strategies.
•Facilitate requirement workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
•Convert business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Flows.
•Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
Sitecore & Digital Experience Management
•Work closely with Sitecore Architects, Developers, UX Designers, and Content Authors.
•Gather and document requirements for:
oContent Management
oPersonalization
oSitecore AI recommendations
oSearch and SEO optimization
oAnalytics and Reporting
oCustomer Journey Optimization
•Support AI-driven use cases such as content generation, personalization, experience optimization,
• and content recommendations.
Technical Coordination
•Collaborate with Next.js development teams on front-end requirements.
•Define component behavior, page templates, content models, and integration requirements.
•Assist technical teams in understanding business priorities and expected outcomes.
•Review technical solutions and ensure compliance with requirements.
•Participate in architecture discussions and impact assessments.
Agile Delivery
•Own backlog refinement and prioritization activities.
•Create and manage User Stories in Jira/Azure DevOps.
•Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
•Track requirements through development, testing, deployment, and production release.
•Coordinate UAT activities and business sign-offs
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
•Define KPIs for digital experience and marketing effectiveness.
•Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.
•Recommend enhancements based on business goals and customer insights.
Support reporting and executive-level project updates.
