Primary skills: Salesforce Data Cloud, SQL / SOQL, MuleSoft / Informatica / ETL tools, REST & SOAP APIs, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP – optional), Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI – optional).

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) Developer to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud. The role focuses on unifying customer data, building identity resolution strategies, enabling segmentation, and supporting real-time personalization across Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

oDesign and implement Data Cloud (formerly Customer Data Platform / Data 360) solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem

oConfigure and manage data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources (CRM, APIs, data lakes, external systems)

oDevelop and maintain data models, data streams, and data harmonization rules

oImplement identity resolution and customer profile unification

oBuild and manage calculated insights, segments, and audience activation workflows

oIntegrate Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external applications

oDevelop data transformations using SQL, Data Cloud Query Language, or other tools

oEnsure data governance, quality, and compliance across datasets

oWork with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

oSupport real-time and batch activation use cases (e.g., personalization, campaigns, analytics)

oTroubleshoot and optimize Data Cloud configurations and performance

Salary Range- $110,000-$125,000 a year
