Roles & Responsibilities
•Engage with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
•Analyze and document current-state and future-state claims processes.
•Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
•Collaborate with business users, SMEs, developers, QA teams, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
•Support Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation, enhancement, integration, and upgrade initiatives.
•Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution reviews.
•Work closely with testing teams in preparation of test scenarios, test cases, and UAT execution.
•Assist in data mapping, data conversion, and integration requirements involving claims systems.
•Ensure solution alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
•Support production releases and post-implementation activities.
Required Experience
•8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
•Minimum 5+ years of experience in P&C Insurance Claims Operations and Systems.
•Strong understanding of:
oFirst Notice of Loss (FNOL)
oClaims Intake & Assignment
oCoverage Verification
oClaims Investigation
oReserves Management
oPayments & Recoveries
oLitigation Management
oSubrogation
oSalvage
oClaim Closure
•Hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter is mandatory.
•Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
•Strong knowledge of claims business processes and insurance workflows.
•Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Preferred Qualifications
•Guidewire ClaimCenter certification preferred.
•Experience with Guidewire integrations and ecosystem applications.
•Familiarity with PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
•Exposure to cloud tr ansformation and digital claims modernization initiatives.
•Knowledge of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements.
•Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
