Roles & Responsibilities
The Application full stack Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining
enterprise-grade software applications. The role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions
across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), working closely with product, architecture, and operations teams.
•Agile Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on backend engineering
•Proficiency in Python or Java and SQL-based database development
•Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Camunda) preferred
•Working knowledge of cloud platforms, with exposure to AWS environments and Terraform deployments
•Experience using version control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub); familiarity with GitHub Copilot is a plus
•Frontend development experience preferred, with a strong preference for React
•Familiarity with data formats and markup languages such as JSON, XML, and HTML
•Oversees development and installation of new hardware and software
•Provides advice and recommendations to management on processes and techniques required for improved work operations
•Installs and configures systems and other software
•Tests installed software for malfunction detection
•Identifies and resolves business systems issues
•Designs and deploys new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operation systems
•Measures effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems
•Develops and implements strategies to improve systems
•Monitors and tests system performance
•Oversees the training of junior engineers to improve job skills and work efficiency
•Maintains full ownership of a process typically
•Ensures compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identifies opportunities for and supports process improvements; applies disciplined change management practices•
Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000 per year
