Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

 Provide a stable, secure, and performant virtualization platform (VDI and RDSH) through end‑to‑end ownership of escalated tickets, proactive monitoring, disciplined image lifecycle management, and outcome‑based end‑user experience (EUX) management.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience in Virtualization / EUC support and operations 

Strong experience with: 

•VMware Horizon VDI and RDSH environments

•Windows OS administration and image management

•ITIL-based processes experience

•Proven experience in enterprise IT services and operations

oVMware App Volumes (Critical)

oMSIX App Attach / MSIX Packaging Tool

ovCenter Server

oMicrosoft Remote Desktop Services (RDSH)

oGolden Image Management

oVMware Instant Clones / Linked Clones

oImage Automation Tools

oMicrosoft WSUS / MECM (SCCM)

oEUX Monitoring (ControlUp or similar)

oAutomation & Scripting (Powershell, Python...)

Salary Range: $100,000 -$120,000 year
