Roles & Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Techno Functional Lead role with strong hands-on expertise across multiple Salesforce Cloud solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have good technical & functional knowledge, and proven experience designing scalable enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- This role involves Enhance dashboard management, Salesforce advanced administration knowledge, solution architecture support, complex custom development, integrations, performance optimization, and technical mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Onsite-Offshore Co-ordination, Mentorship and Trainings
- SMEs, Business and Client meetings
- Enhancement dashboard management
- Project/Production Support Activities (Sustainment/CD)
- Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration

Salesforce Cloud Expertise Required
- Strong experience in most/all of the following:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud (Communities)
- CRM Analytics (Preferred)
Technical Skills (Must-Have)
- Salesforce Development
- Apex (advanced)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components
- Visualforce
- SOQL / SOSL
- Batch Apex, Queueable, Future methods
- Platform Events
- Flow (record-triggered & screen flows)
- Triggers & Trigger Frameworks
- Custom Metadata & Settings
Functional Skills (Must-Have)
- Salesforce Administration
- Process Automation (Flows, approval process etc.)
- Enhancement Dashboard management with Sprint user stories.
- DevOps & AI Tools
- Copado / Gearset (preferred)
- Jira / Agile methodology
- Github Copilot
- Certifications (Preferred)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Administrator
- Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant
- Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives
- Stakeholder management experience

Salary Range-$140,000-$160,000 a year
