Responsibilities
•Support the production operation of digital asset platforms, including wallets, blockchain nodes, and transaction processing systems.
•Ensure high availability and reliability of systems supporting digital asset lifecycle management and transaction flows.
•Provide L2/L3 support for incident, problem, and change management, including post-incident reviews and continuous improvement.
•Monitor system health across:
oBlockchain nodes and networks
oWallet infrastructure (hot, cold, hardware, multi sig)
oTransaction pipelines and reconciliation processes
oLatency, throughput, and network conditions
•Investigate and resolve issues related to:
oTransaction failures or delays
oReconciliation breaks
oSystem performance degradation
oAnomalous or risk flagged activity
•Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, risk, and business teams to enhance platform stability and security controls.
•Work with vendor and managed service providers supporting blockchain infrastructure, custody, and wallet services.
•Contribute to observability practices (monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting) across distributed systems.
•Support capacity planning and performance analysis for scaling blockchain nodes and transaction systems.
•Participate in resilience and recovery testing, including failover, DR, and key-material backup validation.
•Drive and implement automation across monitoring, reconciliation, and operational processes.
•Maintain clear runbooks, documentation, and knowledge sharing for production operations.

Qualifications
Core Experience
•5–8 years of experience in:
oProduction Support / SRE / Platform Engineering, OR
oElectronic Trading / Markets Technology Support, OR
oPayments / transaction processing platforms
•Proven experience supporting mission-critical, high-availability systems in fast-paced environments.
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in distributed systems.
Technical Skills
•Experience with one or more: Java, Python, Go, or similar
•Experience working in Linux environments
•Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes/OpenShift
•Experience with databases ( Postgres, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis)
•Strong experience with observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)
