Key Responsibilities
•Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications
•Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements
•Drive solution architecture and technical design decisions for complex systems
•Lead Agile Scrum teams and ensure adherence to Sprint deliverables
•Perform code reviews, design reviews, and enforce coding standards
•Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams for seamless delivery
•Manage production issues, enhancements, and continuous improvements
•Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation pipelines
•Stay updated on emerging technologies including AI/ML and cloud-native architectures

Technical Skills (Must Have)
•Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices architecture)
•Hands-on experience with React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
•Experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Boards, Repos)
•Expertise in GitHub Enterprise / version control / branching strategies
•Experience in building cloud-native and containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes)
•Knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns
•Exposure to AI/ML tools, Generative AI, or AI-assisted development tools

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000 per year
