Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
● 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with technical leadership responsibilities
●Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce platform architecture
●Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
●Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and event-driven integrations
●Knowledge of Salesforce Data Modeling, ETL/Data Migration, and Data Governance
●Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
●Familiarity with Generative AI/Agentic AI tools and Salesforce Einstein AI/Agentforce
●Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (mandatory)
Roles & Responsibilities
●Lead Salesforce solution design, development, and technical delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
●Design integrations, data migration solutions, and scalable platform architecture.
●Drive code quality, DevOps, security, governance, and AI-assisted development practices.
●Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
●Collaborate with architects, business teams, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.
Salary Range: $150,000 -$160,000 year
