Roles & Responsibilities
•Own end-to-end Testing & Validation service delivery across multiple Pharma projects
•Lead onsite/offshore QA teams and manage delivery, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
•Define test strategy, governance, KPIs, and quality standards.
•Drive QA through automation, AI-enabled testing, and Quality Engineering practices.
•Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV/CSA, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements.
•Act as escalation point for delivery issues and customer concerns.
•Support solutioning, staffing, and growth initiatives.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
•Strong Pharma domain knowledge.
•Proven QA delivery experience.
•Ability to drive test modernization.
•Excellent customer management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
•Experience building high-performing QA service.
Salary Range: $110,000 -$130,000 year
