Skill: Security Support Analyst
1.Experience with technical Voice support with end customer with strong verbal communication.
2.Provide L1/L1.5 support for migration from Transmit BindiD to Passkey authentication.
3.Troubleshoot passkey enrollment, authentication, device registration, and user access issues using SOPs.
4.Investigate device binding, credential synchronization, and cross-device authentication problems.
5.Some knowledge of CIAM, MFA, Passkeys, FIDO2/WebAuthn, REST APIs, and Transmit Security is preferred.
6.Customer-facing support experience and ability to work in rotational support or on-call schedules.
Salary Range - $60,000-$70,000 a year
