Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications
- 8+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Rest APIs, MySQL
- Experience in AWS Log Analysis (CloudWatch, application logs, monitoring dashboards)
- Understanding of DevOps and working experience in CICD pipeline creation is preferable.
- Experience in Design and architecture review
- Production Support & Troubleshooting
- Strong concepts & knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Experience in leading offshore team
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Java-based applications.
- Architect and develop Microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs.
- Review, analyze, and troubleshoot application logs in AWS environments to identify and resolve issues.
- Monitor production applications and provide root-cause analysis for incidents.
- Identify permanent solution for repeating incidents.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor offshore developers and provide technical leadership across the project team.
- Drive technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture.
- Support deployment activities and work closely with DevOps teams in CI/CD environments.
