Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
· Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
· Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives).
· Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Trello).
· Ability to coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices.
· Knowledge of Kanban and other Agile methodologies.
· Strong skills in impediment removal and risk management.
· Understanding of story point estimation and backlog management.
· Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Roles Responsibilities
· Serve as a servant leader to one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
· Facilitate all Scrum events and support the Product Owner in backlog refinement.
· Remove impediments and help the team stay focused on delivering value.
· Ensure transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies through effective reporting.
· Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable feedback loops.
· Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders to maintain a healthy product backlog.
· Track and communicate team performance metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, etc.).
· Promote collaboration and self-organization within the team.
· Support the organization’s Agile transformation journey by sharing best practices and coaching other teams when required.
