Project Leadership & Delivery
•Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
•Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.
•Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
•Establish project governance structures and reporting mechanisms.
Stakeholder Management
•Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership.
•Facilitate steering committee meetings, status reviews, and executive communications.
•Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Risk, Issue & Change Management
•Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
•Maintain RAID logs and escalation frameworks.
•Manage scope changes through formal change control processes.
Financial & Vendor Management
•Track project budgets, forecasts, actuals, and financial performance.
•Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and third-party partners.
•Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, and service commitments.
Compliance & Governance
•Ensure adherence to PMO standards, regulatory requirements, cybersecurity policies, and audit controls.
•Support documentation, approvals, stage gates, and executive sign-offs.
Reporting & Communication
•Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, presentations, and project health metrics.
•Communicate project progress, decisions, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
Salary Range: $120,000- $130,000 a year
