· Technical and analytical skills for desktop trouble shooting support
· Understanding of Office 365 services and how they are used within Microsoft applications and online (SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Outlook, Word, and Excel etc.)
· Strong Customer Service Skills
· Knowledge of network printing and troubleshooting techniques
· Ability to provide consistent and excellent customer support to clients from a variety of business groups, including management, with unique requirements
· Candidate must be detail oriented and self-motivated
· Knowledge of Cloud will be added advantage
· Understanding of IT Security and best practices
· Ability to work independently or as a part of a team
· Knowledge of Operating System installation and machine prep
