Technical PM / BA with Pharma and Sitecore experience
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Functional & Domain
•8–12 years of experience in digital/web delivery roles, with at least:
•3+ years in pharma/life sciences
•3+ years working on Sitecore (or similar CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager)
•Strong understanding of:
•Digital marketing ecosystems (CMS, DAM, personalization, analytics)
•Pharma content lifecycle and MLR review processes
Technical & Delivery
•Hands-on experience with:
•Sitecore platform (content, personalization, workflows)
•Agile / Scrum methodologies
•Azure DevOps
•Java script
•Integration with APIs, DAM systems, and analytics tools
Stakeholder & Communication
•Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional stakeholder environments
•Strong facilitation and communication skills (business + technical audiences)
•Experience working with distributed (onshore/offshore) delivery models

Roles & Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
•Lead end-to-end delivery of Sitecore website development and enhancement programs
•Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
•Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests across onshore and offshore teams
•Ensure alignment with enterprise IT standards, security, and compliance requirements
Business Analysis & Requirements
•Partner with business stakeholders (Marketing, Medical, Regulatory) to gather and refine requirements
•Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
•Support MLR review process readiness and ensure compliance with pharma content governance
Stakeholder Management
•Act as a single point of contact across:
•Client IT organization
•Business teams (Brand, Digital, Medical Affairs)
•Creative & digital agencies
•Offshore Sitecore development teams
•Facilitate workshops, sprint ceremonies, and executive updates
Delivery & Execution
•Work closely with Sitecore developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure quality delivery
•Drive Agile/Scrum execution (backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos)
•Ensure content migration, personalization, and DAM integrations are delivered effectively
Quality & Compliance
•Ensure adherence to pharma regulatory standards (GxP, MLR workflows)
•Support UAT planning, execution, and sign-off
•Maintain documentation for audit readiness
Education
Bachelor’s degree
Salary Range: $125000 - $135000 a year
