Senior MuleSoft Developer / Lead

oStrong hands-on experience in MuleSoft, along with the ability to code, design and lead integration solutions, including API-led connectivity, DataWeave, Azure Devops, Security , messaging and experience working with Anypoint Platform and CloudHub.

oMust Haves:

•            12  years of experience in API development and enterprise integration, with deep expertise in MuleSoft (CloudHub and On Prem).

•            Strong expertise in API security, including encryption, and compliance for financial services environments.

•            Demonstrated ability to optimize vCore allocation and support high volume, high performance transaction processing.

•            Strong background in event driven architectures and real time processing using Kafka or similar streaming technologies.

•            Hands on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as ELK, AppDynamics, and Grafana for proactive issue detection and resolution.

•            Practical experience with both NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Azure Cosmos DB) and relational databases.

•            Solid experience working in Agile environments, including DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment strategies.

•            Strong understanding of the full delivery lifecycle, including:

o            Discovery and requirements gathering

o            High level and detailed solution design

o            Development, testing, and production support

•            Hands on experience with coding, troubleshooting, debugging, and working closely with vendor applications (e.g., FIS, EPP).

•            Proven ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

•            Experience communicating requirements to development teams, conducting code reviews, reviewing mapping/design documents, and validating unit test results.

•            Demonstrated adherence to project quality standards and best practices.

•            Experience coordinating demos and walkthroughs for QA and business stakeholders.

•            Proven ability to own delivery commitments, keep projects on schedule, and proactively address risks and issues impacting timelines or quality.

•            Mentorship, and collaboration skills, with a focus on team development and process optimization.

Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year
