Main Job Scope

• Provide secretarial support to the MD. Communicating and liaising with RHQ, HQ and Hitachi Group of Companies on matter related to MD Office.
• Assist in Hitachi Corporate activities/ campaign
• Administrative support to all expatriates (accommodation, car, etc) and general HR and Admin matters

Job Description

• Manage calendars and meetings, scheduling and organizing appointments, conferences, and reservations for the Managing Director.
• Take meeting minutes and follow up on issues raised during meetings. Ensure that all actions have been taken by related parties. Maybe required to accompany MD to attend meeting, if necessary.
• Assist in compiling data, reports of slides for meetings and other administrative work.
• Maintains important and confidential records, schedules, etc. Perform translation work from Japanese to English and vice versa when required.
• Perform administrative work related to all expatriate and general HR and office administration tasks.
• Assist in various Hitachi Corporate activities/ campaign
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
