Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can challenge the business requirements and translate them to a specific IT solution. The ability to discuss with business teams and reach an agreement is highly valued. Affinity with finance and accountancy is a plus. As a member of the automation team, you will come up with new technology ideas and build on efficiency improvement of existing tools. You will have a key role in the development of cutting edge software with stakeholders from across the world.

THIS IS YOU:

• You have a bachelor or master in an economic/finance/IT
• You have 3 – 5 year experience in working as a project manager or functional analyst together with software developers
• You are IT-minded or have a strong interest in technology, automation and innovation
• You are fluent in English and French or Dutch, but you understand all three languages
• You are keen to further develop:
• Project management skills:
• Analysis skills (business process analysis, data analysis, optimization skills, strategic analysis,...)
• You have good people, analytical, and reporting skills with a positive, problem-solving mindset
• You are interested in working together to achieve innovative applications, platforms and/or frameworks with the purpose to enhance productiveness and effectiveness in a work environment.
• You are able translate business requirements into IT in a way that developers can focus on writing technical code.
• Knowledge of UML is a plus
• You are able to work in an Agile development environment and to follow the lean startup methodology
• You are not afraid of responsibility and independent work, at the same time you are a real team player;
• You constantly searching for improvement within the limits EY Global standards
• You are not afraid to speak up to your beliefs, but always support them with arguments and thrive with like-minded colleagues to build and expand on each another’s ideas;
• You are able to move fast, be bold, and thrive in a dynamic, quickly-changing environment;
• You have a strong business sense and know how to prioritize in order to scope an MVP. You understand what it means to make trade-offs between scope and timeline. You strive for impact.
• Strong affinity with AI and genuine interest in applying new AI trends in a professional context.
