What You Will Do 

  • Perform polishing operations with bench mounted equipment or hand-held tools to refurbish aircraft engine components to meet quality standards. 

  • Support surface preparation processes such as blasting and finishing. 

  • Potential to be trained on operating new Robotic Technology Machines. 

  • Participate in the EH&S programs an/d takes personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence.  

  • Support the continuous improvement programs, CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities and additional tasks assigned by the supervisor. 

Qualifications You Must Have 

  • “O” levels or NITEC in Engineering or relevant qualifications. 

  • Min 2 years’ relevant experience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing environment.  

  • Candidates with no prior experience but a strong interest in the aerospace industry, including mid-career switchers, are welcome to apply. 

  • Ability to understand and follow standard operation procedures (SOP). 

  • Basic oral and written English language skill.  

  • Comfortable with hands-on work to operate with the equipment and tools.  

  • Proactive and eager to learn, with a growth mindset. 

  • Willing to work rotating shifts (Day & Night) and commit to overtime when required. 

Qualifications We Prefer 

  • Basic working knowledge of MS Office application and SAP. 

  • Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience.
